Licensed in 2005 and full time since 2018, I’m an active REALTOR® in both Florida and Tennessee. My personal experience with numerous family moves - along with time spent living solo in Boston, Chicago and the UK - has given me a unique perspective on the complexities, significance and emotional impact of moving. I understand firsthand how a house becomes a home.

A native Floridian, I returned to my roots in 2022, relocating from Tennessee to Florida       to be closer to family. I proudly serve Tampa and the surrounding areas, including Anna Maria Island and the Gulf Beaches, while continuing to assist friends and clients in the Knoxville area.

Life changes bring home changes. I specialize in supporting clients through major lifestyle transitions … Right-sizing, buying or selling a second home or revising households. As you move from What Was to What’s Next I provide trusted guidance.

I am dedicated to ensuring a well-informed, seamless and positive real estate  experience for both buyers and sellers. I’ve invested over 200 hours earning a variety of professional REALTOR designations in order to better assist my clients in their real estate pursuits. Personal referrals are the heart of my business, a testament to the trust I build with my clients. My keen eye for color, design and interiors is an added advantage - helping sellers stage their homes for success and assisting buyers in creating spaces they truly love.

Outside of real estate, I relish time with my family and embrace the great outdoors, whether feeling the soft sand between my toes on Florida’s Gulf Coast beaches or hiking and camping in the Great Smoky Mountains. I’m a loyal Tampa Bay Lightning (and Tennessee Volunteers!) fan, travel enthusiast and music aficionado. I have a passion for architecture, gardens, beautifying living spaces, admiring vintage cars and pursuing a healthy lifestyle.
